Application Details

Student must meet at least 1 of the following criteria before applying for exemption:

1). Student must be on Elite AND Honour List.
2). Student must stay with Parent/Guardian in a school approved residence.

Any false or under declaration may result the student being expel from school and cancellation of student pass.

Furen International School reserve the rights on the final decision.

Please print and complete the attached Parent/Guardian Declaration Form.
Submit this Parent/Guardian Declaration Form together with application online. Then bring this printed copy to submit to Student Service Counter at #01-05.
