TERMS AND CONDITIONS 条件
a. All activities organised by FIS co-curricular groups shall involve careful deliberation into all the nature of the activities. All planned activities will be scrutinized by the School’s Senior Management, to render the appropriateness within the scope of safety measures and learning values of such activity, before the commencement of such an activity.
b. I am aware of the risks that may be associated with the activity my child may undertake, but I agree that such activities will be of learning value to him/her. In consideration of the School’s effort to provide quality education to my child, I undertake that I will not, whether on behalf of my child, ward or in my own right, hold the School liable for any injury, illness, death, damage, loss, expenses or cost that may be caused to my child or to me, except for personal injury or death caused by negligence of the School.
c. I hereby give my consent to my child to participate in the above mentioned school organised activity.
a. 辅仁国际学校所创办的所有课外活动将会由管理层严格地考查与筛选,确保同学们能在安全的环境与学习的宗旨下进行活动。
b. 我了解并认同我的孩子所参加的活动有危险性的可能。我相信课程的活动对我的孩子有利益。孩子若有损伤，意外，疾病，损失（包括钱财与健康)。 我，我的孩子，我的的监护人将不会对学校索取任何赔偿，除了在学校的负责范围内。
c. 我在此批准我的孩子参加此活动。
